Hello again loyal beauty bloggers. This blog is dedicated to Spa Face Aromatherapy Neroli Water. This is a toner. Unlike most toners that dry your skin making it feel tight, this does the opposite. You would use this after your face is clean or as a body mist after you get out of the shower. The description is true to what this product actually does! It feels great on your skin and is light, light, light. It feels like all you have on your face is water.
